Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

Christian is kind, communicates quickly and well, the accommodation is nice, tidy, close to the train station, we will be happy to come again.

As a family of 4, we had a really good time in Christina's apartment. Communication before 1a. We were unsure about sleeping arrangements for our two young children and Christina was able to help us out so we didn't have to bring anything in this regard. This was very handy. The residential area was quiet, we hardly noticed anything from the two dogs. We were able to park the car in front of the door and also take a few excursions on foot. All in all, a nice stay.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much and the location and size was perfect for a weekend in Innsbruck! Almost everything is within walking distance and a stop is also right nearby.

The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – it was very clean, cozily furnished and well equipped. The location was quiet, yet central, so you could reach everything quickly. I was there with my family and little daughter, and even a crib was there, which we greatly appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable and wide, perfect for restful nights. The host was super friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and matched the details. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. In my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no phone contact. Was also not necessary, I got all the information here. The rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the townhouse is not quite as shown in the photos. So 1980s but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

My partner and I booked Simon's place to relax and explore the area. Simon was super accessible, the place was clean and great. You were able to feel right at home. It was extremely clean. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

The apartment was very comfortably furnished. The apartment is quietly located and the nearest S-Bahn station can be reached very quickly on foot. This makes it excellent for Munich - excursions or excursions to the Alps. The terrace is well furnished for evening sounds.

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

The apartment is very nice and located on the top floor in the attic. The house is spacious and very clean and can easily accommodate four or more guests. Communication with the host despite the holidays was all in all simple. The village of Chieming does not offer particular activities or places of interest, so keep in mind that to visit the beautiful surrounding areas you will definitely need a car.
