It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

Nearby attractions include Heidelberg Castle, the Technik Museums in Sinsheim and Speyer, Sinsheim Badewelt, Heidelberg Clinics, and Hockenheim Ring. Shops, bakery, organic food store, pharmacy, restaurants, cycle paths and woods are close by. Very close to the Bergstraße with castles, vineyards, and wine villages.

Zusätzlich gibt es Heizdecken für gemütliche Abende. Ein Gas-Grill kannst du nutzen. Fahrräder stehen für zwei Personen bereit. Naturfreunde sind herzlich willkommen!

Neues modernes Loft

Unser Loft liegt in einer familiären Nachbarschaft und sehr zentral. Es sind 150m bis zur S- Bahn und 250m bis zur Straßenbahn die euch in ca. 20 min in die Stadtmitte bringt. Von dort aus kann man gemütlich in die Altstadt bummeln, vorbei an vielen Geschäften, gemütlichen Cafés und kann am Ende der Einkaufsstraße einen Blick auf das Heidelberger Schloss genießen. Man ist auch mit der S-Bahn schnell in Mannheim (ca 25 min) oder in Karlsruhe (ca 45 min). Perfekt für einen Tagesausflug.

In der Wohnküche steht das Schlafsofa mit Topper, auf dem bequem ein bis zwei Gäste schlafen können. Das Bad ist komfortabel mit Doppelwaschtisch und großer Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Unser Loft liegt im zweiten OG und ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen, die wir gemeinsam nutzen.
