The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The apartment on the park island in Ludwigshafen am Rhein is a real highlight. It has recently been newly renovated and equipped with a brand new kitchen and new furnishings, making it a perfect place to feel at home. The apartment is located on the Park Island, an idyllic green area on the banks of the Rhine, in the middle of Ludwigshafen. We extensively renovated our apartment (and the entire building) in 2017. It is located on the first floor and has a size of about 55 square meters. The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style.
