Loft holiday rentals in Baden-Württemberg

We had a great stay. They were very accommodating. I wish I had asked the host and not relied on one of the previous reviewers, because they did in fact have a functional kitchen. There was no built-in stove or oven, but there was a plug-in hot plate available. We would have been better prepared with food if we had known. However, the adjacent Thai restaurant was good, and the staff very friendly. All in all we would definitely come here again!

The loft is just as shown in the pictures, including the pool table which we had fun with one evening. The only problem with check-in was on me--I was unable to call Volker as requested when I arrived, I had to message him. But he promptly responded and came and showed me the apartment. The loft is very convenient to the castle and old town, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. Lovely place to stay in Heidelberg.

Everything is as described. When we arrived, the key handover was completely problem-free with a key safe. The apartment was super clean and tidy. Everything you need for a problem-free comfortable stay is available. I would like to classify the contact with the landlord Christoph as uncomplicated, friendly and helpful. It was also pleasant for us that you could park right in front of the house. Shopping facilities (Edeka etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment are available. All in all, a nice stay. Friends and acquaintances who want to explore the Schaffhausen region and the surrounding area in Switzerland, but do not want to pay Swiss prices, I would recommend the apartment. Phillip place is really great . We stayed for 4 days and would have loved to stay longer. Phillip lives in the same place and hence this is not like the other AirBNb . It has lots of personal touch and feeling of being home . The living room is really large with a really large 60 inches smart television. All the OTT channels like Prime , net flix etc are on the TV . Lot is lounging area . Also a small gym just in case we felt we needed some workout . Excellent and very large terrace . We could not use much as it was very cold . However in summer it will be a delight. The kitchen is well stocked with every thing one may need . Bathroom is real large and spacious . Phillip is a wonderful and responsive host . He was kind enough to all us early check in and also a late check out . This place is ideal if you one wants to relax .

The location of the apartment in the old town of Villingen was ideal for me as I arrived by train. You can quickly walk to the train station and have everything you need nearby in the old town. The apartment is very spacious, flooded with light and has a pleasant indoor climate thanks to the underfloor heating. I immediately felt at home in the apartment. It's very quiet in the apartment. The elevator is also a plus.

My partner and I loved staying at Marion and Bernd's place! They welcomed us like family and told us all about the surrounding area including where to get groceries, ski, have dinner, etc. They keep a collection of pamphlets for all the activities in the area. The chalet was spotless, warm, and very cozy. We had everything we needed to cook simple meals and an endless supply of firewood for the wood stove. We would have stayed longer if we could have! You definitely want to have a car around this area. The only place to eat within walking distance is the guest house right next door and they were already booked up the night we arrived. We ate there twice the next day - once for beer and cake after skiing, and again later for dinner, and both were great.

I am very happy with my stay at the apartment. It's a small and very cozy studio, it was clean and quiet inside, all appliances worked. It was perfect for my short trip. Many thanks to Soulfactory, I would recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay! Eveline was understanding and her attic place is affordable. I felt like Heidi living in the mountains with the view from the window. Easy to find parking and it is a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed here for a whole month for a company trip and it was great 👍

The apartment is very classy and newly renovated. All the equipment is high quality. A nice touch that coffee capsules are provided. Our 5 year old was thrilled to be able to sleep up in the loft, of course, with some extra supervision from us. The location is about 15 minutes walk from LU train station and handy to some supermarkets and convenience stores (5 mins by foot). The double glazing and roller blinds effectively keep out the traffic noise. All in all a very pleasant stay with good communication with the host.

We had a really wonderful stay in Winnenden! The apartment was immaculately clean, cozy and well appointed. What made it special were the fresh flowers and fruit that were waiting for us when we arrived - a beautiful gesture that showed how much heart and care the hosts put into making their guests feel welcome. They are a very likeable couple - polite, helpful and always ready to provide support. We recommend this place with all our hearts and will be happy to come back!

Eike and Sabine are outstanding hosts. They rent out this gorgeous ground floor apartment, both spacious and well appointed. It’s in a very good location to visit Baden-Baden and environs (Freiburg and Strasbourg well within reach for a day trip). Thoroughly recommended. PS: if spending time in Gernsbach itself, don’t miss the pizzaria.

We had a wonderful stay with Rose and Claus and immediately felt at home. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean. The courtyard provides direct relaxation. Rose and Claus are great hosts who try to take care of everything. For our little daughter, there was a travel cot, high chair and lots of toys. The apartment is idyllic with great views and you have your privacy in the apartment in addition to great communication with the hosts.

Super host, very friendly and I will also book with him again in the future when I am in the area. The train station is right around the corner, so you can quickly reach your destination even without a car and the location is very quiet.

Staying at Kai’s place was such a unique and relaxing experience! Sleeping in a hammock was surprisingly comfortable, and it made for a memorable stay. The space was clean, peaceful, and had everything I needed. Kai was very welcoming and provided clear instructions. If you’re looking for a cozy and adventurous stay, I’d highly recommend this place!

Immediately felt at home here as a foreigner for my first time in Europe. I highly recommend coming here to stay for school, travel, etc. Beautiful town to stay in and a relaxing place to stay!

The accommodation (loft) is unusually large, but the sloping ceilings do not make it feel overwhelming. You can also spend several months here. Brigitte is always friendly and helpful, as are her family/grandchildren. Despite an illness, everything worked out without a hitch. I also liked that the bed is somewhat separated from the rest of the room. The Crescentia Pilgrim's Way runs nearby. The only disadvantage is that there are no shops in the immediate vicinity, but the hostess can't do anything about that :-) But it is quiet and tranquil in the small village with a pretty church.

First of all, my express thanks to the landlord, who easily made a longer stay possible. Angelika is very friendly and helpful and there was a quick answer or help with questions. During my stay I was very satisfied with the apartment, it is spacious, light and functionally furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. The bed is comfortable, the apartment clean – as it should be. The large parking lot and good transport connections are definitely a plus, especially if you are on mobile, so you can quickly get to Balingen or in nature if you like to hike. In all points, a very nice place to stay, which I am happy to recommend.
