Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

You'll stay in a beautiful house on the edge of town, right by the water, on the bike and hiking path. Königsbronn and Itzelberg train stations are each about 900m away. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. From here you can take great trips to Strasbourg (30 min. by bike and 15 min. by car). In addition, the Black Forest and the Vosges are close by for hiking. Swimming (2 min.) locally at beautiful natural lakes is available. A visit to Europa-Park Rust is also possible in about 35 minutes. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Baden-Baden (30 minutes by car) and Freiburg attract visitors with their highlights.

Our family-friendly and lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located in Sehringen, a beautiful district of Badenweiler in the idyllic Markgräflerland at the foot of the Black Forest. From here you have an ideal starting point for many sports activities, to explore the diverse cultural and culinary highlights of the region, or simply escape everyday life. Children and pets are of course also welcome.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Vacation home overlooking the lake

Our cozy apartment is located overlooking the Swiss shore, southwest-facing in Wangen, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The three-room apartment with separate entrance is 78 m² and has a terrace across the entire width, directly to the garden. Hikes or bike tours can be started directly from the house. Information about excursions and sights can be found in our suburb and in the tourist information of Öhningen.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Historic building of former train station

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.
