The listed villa is located about 60 meters from the Qube main house. There are 21 modern and high-quality furnished rooms with elevator and air conditioning. The beautiful, historic staircase is characterized by old sandstone and oak stairs and through impressive lead glass windows with Art Nouveau elements. In the villa you will also find the Qube Garden with a 200 sqm sun terrace and extensive lounge amenities.
