It is a chicly furnished 3-room apartment with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped. The two beds in the bedroom are each 90 cm wide. In the living room there is a fold-out armchair bed. Rental for single nights only in exceptional cases. A crib and high chair each cost an extra €3. Arrival until 10 pm, because at night the courtyard gate is closed. No shutters/blinds. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!

I rent in the family house a wheelchair accessible room with separate entrace, for up to 3 people with a barrier-free bath. At the village center quiet street directly at the park, covered sitting at the house, with a double,a single bed, desk, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water cooker, dishes, radio, TV, WiFi. Near by(2 minute walk) Parking, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Doctor, Restaurant, Bank, Busstation. Exhibition/ Airport 25 minutes by car.

Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

Pretty 2-room apartment

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.

Our property has been completely rebuilt in autumn 2020. The bathroom, kitchen, floor, walls - it's all new. In the village, a REWE and a Netto are within walking distance. There are pizzerias and other gastronomy. You can be on the A 46 and A 57 motorway in a few minutes in the direction of Cologne, Düsseldorf, Neuss and Mönchengladbach.
