The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes or a walk-in closet. The living room has a couch and a modern LED TV with DVD player. In the adjoining kitchen you can cook well, everything necessary is ready for you. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there are two large separate bedrooms with double beds. For families with baby, we are happy to provide a travel cot for free. The accommodation is currently being decorated and the interior renewed so you have a nice stay. The apartment has Wi-Fi. In just a few minutes there are all the shops for daily needs (REWE, landmakers / bakery, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc.). The bathing lake ("Kaarster See") with two beaches is nearby (5min by car, 25min walk) and in the summer the perfect place to relax. The district of Kaarst Vorst is quite - compared to Kaarst - without the aircraft noise.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Ruhiges, liebevoll eingerichtetes Gästehaus in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. Die alte Scheune ist ungefähr 60m² groß und komplett saniert. Sie bietet ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen plus Baby/Kleinkind. Ein Arbeitsplatz ist eingerichtet, TV & WLAN vorhanden. Wir versuchen, unsere Gäste persönlich zu begrüßen, um Fragen zum Haus und der Umgebung direkt zu beantworten. Die Autobahnen A52 und A44 sind in 5, die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
