The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes or a walk-in closet. The living room has a couch and a modern LED TV with DVD player. In the adjoining kitchen you can cook well, everything necessary is ready for you. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there are two large separate bedrooms with double beds. For families with baby, we are happy to provide a travel cot for free. The accommodation is currently being decorated and the interior renewed so you have a nice stay. The apartment has Wi-Fi. In just a few minutes there are all the shops for daily needs (REWE, landmakers / bakery, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc.). The bathing lake ("Kaarster See") with two beaches is nearby (5min by car, 25min walk) and in the summer the perfect place to relax. The district of Kaarst Vorst is quite - compared to Kaarst - without the aircraft noise.

Mit dem PKW in ca.15 bis25 Min nach Düsseldorf, ca.30 Min nach Köln Trotzdem brauchen Sie nicht auf entspannte Nächte verzichten, da wir sehr ruhig wohnen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Ruhiges, liebevoll eingerichtetes Gästehaus in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. Die alte Scheune ist ungefähr 60m² groß und komplett saniert. Sie bietet ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen plus Baby/Kleinkind. Ein Arbeitsplatz ist eingerichtet, TV & WLAN vorhanden. Wir versuchen, unsere Gäste persönlich zu begrüßen, um Fragen zum Haus und der Umgebung direkt zu beantworten. Die Autobahnen A52 und A44 sind in 5, die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
