The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Welcome to our “Broicher-Nest”! We rent a trade fair or vacation apartment in Kaarst near Düsseldorf. It is located in the west of Kaarst on a quiet street. The apartment has a size of about 45 square meters and is fully furnished. It consists of a large living area, a kitchen with dining table, a shower toilet and a separate sleeping area. The layout is designed for 2 people, but there is also space for families with up to 2 children (by arrangement).

I rent in the family house a wheelchair accessible room with separate entrace, for up to 3 people with a barrier-free bath. At the village center quiet street directly at the park, covered sitting at the house, with a double,a single bed, desk, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water cooker, dishes, radio, TV, WiFi. Near by(2 minute walk) Parking, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Doctor, Restaurant, Bank, Busstation. Exhibition/ Airport 25 minutes by car.

A small apartment with charm and art for trade fair guests, commuters, business travelers or as a holiday apartment, preferably for one person or a couple. The apartment is in the center of Kaarst, has a very good location and is perfectly connected to all major cities in the area. There are quick connections by bus, train or car. Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

Ideal for solo travelers and couples who value comfort and coziness. Free parking is available and the possibility to book additional parking spaces is available. The property also has its own entrance.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.

Aparment "Lyon"

Our property has been completely rebuilt in autumn 2020. The bathroom, kitchen, floor, walls - it's all new. In the village, a REWE and a Netto are within walking distance. There are pizzerias and other gastronomy. You can be on the A 46 and A 57 motorway in a few minutes in the direction of Cologne, Düsseldorf, Neuss and Mönchengladbach.
