The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Wir freuen uns darauf euch in unserem neuen Apartment begrüßen zu dürfen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wurde erst im Juni 2020 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von draußen und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohn-Gewerbe-Mischgebiet. Wir wohnen selber gegenüber und fühlen uns hier wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kaffee, Tee usw. stehen bereit. Selbstverständlich wird frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt!

The apartment has a size of about 45 square meters and is fully furnished. It consists of a large living area, a kitchen with dining table, a shower toilet and a separate sleeping area. The layout is designed for 2 people, but there is also space for families with up to 2 children (by arrangement).
