The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min), downtown (approx. 20 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.

Es handelt sich um ein Mehrfamilienhaus in ruhiger und guter Wohnlage, mit optimaler Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir nehmen die Grundreinigung und die Desinfizierung sehr wichtig! Wir empfangen unsere Gäste in der Regel selbst und stehen ihnen selbstverständlich zur Verfügung. Bei weiteren Fragen, sind wir stets für Sie da.

Historic barn

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Lakefront house - Meerbusch

Das Haus am See is our relaxedguesthouse with a large swimming pond, terrace for al fresco dining and lawn. Completed in spring 2018, it offers modern design, contemporary comfort and homelike ambiance. It is intended for anyone who wants to spend a few quiet and carefree days in a natural yet central location. We have the feel good guarantee – Welcome to Meerbusch!

Pretty 2-room apartment

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
