Liebe Gäste, wir vermieten unsere ca. 70 qm große Messe-/Projekt-/Ferienwohnung (OG&DG, freistehendes Zweifamilienhaus). Zur Autobahn (A 52) sind es 4 min., 15-20 min. bis Düsseldorf, zur Messe sowie nach Mönchengladbach. Im OG ist die vollausgestatte Küche, ein Duschbad, Diele sowie der helle, große Wohnraum (32qm) und angrenzender Loggia. Im DG befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick auf die Felder (Sonnenuntergang). Die Loggia (Südlage) mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Apartment in an old manor

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

Euer home away from home befindet sich im Herzen Schiefbahns am Niederrhein. Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden. This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door.
