Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küchenzeile, eigenem Bad und eigenem Eingang. Sie bietet Platz für zwei Personen und befindet sich im Souterrain eines im Jahre 1927 erbauten Wohnhauses in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus wie auch die Ferienwohnung wurde von uns 2009 saniert und modern ausgestattet. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Lorettowald, beim Bäcker sowie beim Supermarkt.
