Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cosy apartment is perfect for 1–3 guests looking for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's an excellent base for cycling or walking trips into the beautiful surrounding area and to interesting destinations. The lake is just a few minutes down the hill. From here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and Mainau Island is also not far away. You can get to the old town along a lovely, long waterfront path or by taking the free, direct bus (approx. 15 minutes).

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

The apartment is located directly in Constance in the residential area of Petershausen near the banks of the Rhine. Via the riverside path on the banks of the Rhine, you can reach the old town and city center of Constance in a few minutes on foot via the car-free bicycle and pedestrian bridge. In the vicinity are several shops, cafes and restaurants

The apartment is well equipped, cozy, spacious and has access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the fields behind it. The small sleeping gallery is very popular with the children. The lake with various swimming opportunities is very close. Dingelsdorf is a good starting point for numerous excursions and activities in the area.

A pefect equipped kitchen, a cool bathroom, a luxury kingsize bed (180 x 200) and a single-bed in the small side-room. Perfect for 2 or 3 persons (max. 5 persons). The apartment is situated right in the pedestrian area!

Wir vermieten eine kleine aber feine und sehr romantische Unterkunft (Tinyhouse) für 2 Personen in unserem Hinterhof mit teilweise überdachtem Aussensitzplatz. Das Tinyhouse hat eine Grundflächen von ca. 18 qm. Auf kleinstem Raum befindet sich alles was man zum Glücklichsein braucht.
