A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna
Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Welcome to the Engelsstube - which used to be the good parlor with a tiled stove. It is on the 2nd floor of the listed timber-framed house from the 16th century, which was lovingly restored and renovated in 2010. Directly on the village square in the Wollmatingen district, the city center and lake are easily accessible. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket right around the corner. Parking spot outside the house. Includes free use of public transport and other discounts with the Bodenseecard.

Apartment on the sunny hillside
If you want to relax for a few days, or you are looking for an apartment for a longer period of time, you will feel comfortable in the 2-room apartment. It is centrally located in a quiet location in Constance, below the vineyards. In just a few minutes you can be on foot, by bike, or bus to the lake, city or university. All the shops for your everyday needs are close by. The 3-m-wide dormer in the living room is on the south side and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Also in autumn and winter! The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Centrally located in the old town, the spacious apartment is an ideal base for exploring the city with its sights, diverse gastronomy and, of course, Lake Constance and the Rhine. The harbor and train station are only a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, restaurants and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. In our in-house café, we offer a variety of breakfast, barista coffee and homemade cakes.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
