The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Welcome directly to the lake. In our beautiful apartment, a vacation awaits you from the start. The apartment is very bright and friendly. You can reach the center of Konstanz in 15-20 minutes on foot along the lake shore. Free bus use, bus stop in 5-8 min. A linen towel fee/stay of €10 will be charged per guest 3 and 4. The Constance climate protection tax of 5.6% is added to the rental price. The apartment has a minimum rental period of 7 days.

The house as well as the apartment was renovated by us in 2009 and equipped in a modern way. In a few minutes walk you are in the Loretto forest, at the bakery as well as at the supermarket.
