It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

In the area there are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping facilities. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). In addition, the apartment includes a new, modern bathroom with a large shower cabin.

Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.
