Villa Seepark is located at an altitude of about 1,000 m in the Black Forest, on the headland of a peninsula in Schluchsee. Located at the end of a very quiet residential street, it is still close to the village. The sandy beach and the lake trail as well as the famous Jägersteig are right at your feet. The unobstructed pure south-facing location ensures a lot of sun, even in winter. Fantastic views over the lake to the highest mountain in the Upper Black Forest, the almost 1,500 m high Feldberg.

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

In addition, the Black Forest and the Vosges are close by for hiking. Swimming (2 min.) locally at beautiful natural lakes is available. A visit to Europa-Park Rust is also possible in about 35 minutes. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Baden-Baden (30 minutes by car) and Freiburg attract visitors with their highlights.

Our cozy apartment is located overlooking the Swiss shore, southwest-facing in Wangen, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The three-room apartment with separate entrance is 78 m² and has a terrace across the entire width, directly to the garden. Hikes or bike tours can be started directly from the house. Information about excursions and sights can be found in our suburb and in the tourist information of Öhningen.

The bathhouse in Allensbach on Lake Constance

Quietly located bathhouse on 2 floors with direct lake access, covered terrace and large garden. We have renovated our gem, which is over 100 years old, with a lot of love over the last few years. To preserve the original flair, we left the shower area outdoors. Come in, let go, feel good. Our family-friendly and lovingly furnished holiday apartment (55 sqm) is located in the idyllic Markgräflerland at the foot of the Black Forest. From here you have an ideal starting point for many sporting activities, to explore the diverse cultural and culinary highlights of the region, or to simply escape from everyday life. Children and pets are of course also welcome.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Apartment Abbot Ekkehard

Our apartment Abt Ekkehard with 65 sqm was completely rebuilt and modernized at the beginning of 2024. It is located on the 2nd floor of the historic main house and has a spacious terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the bedroom you have a beautiful lake view. The large garden with numerous seating options and wonderful views of the lake invites you to sit outdoors.

Historic building of former train station

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.
