The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Magical vacation barn in the "Alte Ölmühle" estate

Our "Alte Ölmühle" is located in Engen-Anselfingen, in the Hegau and in the midst of a volcano and castle world in the west of Lake Constance. We expanded our vacation barn in 2022 and renovated it in the charm of the old farm estate with lots of wood and luxury. Starting in 2022, we will rent the entire barn with a large kitchen and common room, from where 3 units with 2 rooms and a bathroom each will branch off. We offer many extras on our horse farm with an idyllic stream and schnapps distillery.

Heubodenloft - modern country living

You live in a modern converted loft in the hayloft of the former barn. From your balcony, you have a view of the "Ostweg", a hiking trail which runs just a few meters from the house. The horses invite you to linger. Join them and enjoy the sweeping view towards the northern Black Forest. The garden with its fruit trees provides delicious fruit and apple juice. Enjoy country life not far from Rottweil, the oldest town in Baden-Württemberg, and reconnect with nature at this retreat.

Ferienscheune in Hegau

The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated, cozily furnished holiday home in the Black Forest! The former barn building combines tradition and modern comfort on two floors and can accommodate up to six people. Highlights: a balcony with Black Forest views, a covered terrace, sustainable materials and charging station for electric cars. Explore the idyllic nature directly or enjoy culture and leisure activities such as hiking, cycling or excursions.

Welcome to our charming top floor apartment with balcony! The lovingly renovated, listed former barn can accommodate 9–10 people. Each room has its own sink. A seminar room (last photos) can be booked on request (information at Eutopia Schopfheim). The "Schlattholz Schopfheim" train stop is only 5 minutes away. Basel (35 min) and Freiburg (60 min) are quickly accessible and offer great excursion destinations. An elevator is available.

In our traditional granary, the supplies of the Griesbach farm were once stored. After a thorough renovation, you can now stay in a modern cottage that lacks no comfort. Enjoy the charm of centuries-old wood in combination with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Take a vacation in the Black Forest nature with hiking trails and a cross-country trail right at your doorstep. Titisee and Feldberg are close!

Vacation home "Am Storchennest" Our former farm is located in Teningen near Freiburg, a place with plenty of sun and a great, warm climate. It is ideally located between Kaiserstuhl and the Black Forest. Here in the special ambience of the old estate with the beautiful courtyard, you can live well and quietly. The apartment is on the second floor of the former hay barn overlooking the Black Forest and (!) the stork nest.

There are many leisure activities such as cycling and hiking. Swimming pool and sauna are also nearby as well as a swimming lake. The ideal starting point for trips to the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

In summer, rustic natural stone walls await guests with a pleasant coolness - in winter, the crackling fireplace welcomes you with cosy warmth. In good weather you can enjoy the sun on the terrace. At a height of four meters, the ceiling bulges, and the rustic flair of the living room is complemented by a top modern kitchen and bathroom. There is room for two people in each of the two bedrooms.

Originally, it was once a stable, which was then expanded in 2012 and from 01.04.2019 also gives you the opportunity to stay in a water bed.
