A really nice apartment in which we felt really comfortable. Renate and Roland are very friendly, accommodating and tend to stay in the background. Privacy was guaranteed at all times. The two were very flexible even when booking. So was the check-in. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful. Many beautiful hikes directly in the area, whether directly on foot or from a nearby parking lot. All in all, a perfect stay. ☺️☺️ We'd love to come back!

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt right at home. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zell am See. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with small children. The location is excellent – right across the street from a Billa supermarket, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment is also well-situated for exploring the area. Kate, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything is clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were simply satisfied all around and felt comfortable at all times. I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Because of the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a given. A good place to relax!

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's place. The place was very nice, well maintained and absolutely clean. We felt comfortable from the beginning and were able to enjoy the time to the fullest. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We had a nice time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we lacked nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would love to come back.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! Beautiful and cozy house perfect for our girls trip. Near ski bus so it was easy to reach the larger ski area.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.
