The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Our Tyrolean log cabin at 1000 m above sea level is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, completely renovated inside and all sanitary facilities incl. underfloor heating in the bathrooms newly installed. The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

You'll feel right at home in our quiet yet centrally located accommodation with a small garden terrace. Situated on the edge of the forest, you can start your hikes directly from the property. The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. This old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized. Hundreds of years old wood meets modern elements. This place is therefore ideal for slowing down and relaxing. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here.
