The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.

There is running water and also hot water available. There is electricity in the hut that is generated and stored by a photovoltaic system. You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.
