Holiday rentals with a patio in Kings Beach

We had a great stay! The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup was perfect for our family and extra guests—definitely a big plus. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, diamond peak ski resort. It’s was very spacious, kitchen, living room, master bedroom.

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful and cozy cabin. My family and I had a wonderful vacation here.

Perfect little place, peaceful, great neighbors. A lot of products stored and gifted! Kitchen and bathroom, a lot of attention to details. Great price for the 2 weeks compared to other places which can't even be bothered to offer decent kitchen plates and cooking ware! Nice linens, nice towels, a lot of thoughtfulness into what a guest needs for a 2 weeks stay. I highly recommend booking ANY Airbnb thru TahoeXperience, they have gone above and beyond and the place was IMPECCABLE and fully stocked. Thank you so much!

- First of all the check-in instructions were super clear and concise, unfortunately we've arrived at about midnight so it was a little dark (as is expected as it's in the woods almost!) however because the instructions were really clear it made it very easy to locate keys and find the accommodation. - The description and pictures provided also show the property in a very accurate manner, it's very beautiful inside and incredibly homely, definitely felt like our own little home away from home. The kitchen facilities are also fully fitted so we've had no trouble cooking 'at home'. - One point worth noting is that the images don't do the location it self justice, the area is absolutely beautiful, full of natural wonder and some amazing views. The best part is a big chunk of said views is within walking distance. - I couldn't reccomend staying here enough, it doesn't even have to be snow season to enjoy this B&B! If it were an option I'd give it more than 5 stars, worth every penny!

Such a lovely place, I highly recommend! The space was clean and cozy, and just a short distance to good restaurants and other amenities. The host was also very quick to respond and had great recommendations.

Great place in a great and quiet part of town. The kitchen was great and the main space with the large windows was very impressive. Never used the deck since it was full of snow, but I imagine the place is wonderful in the warmer months as well. Would come back anytime.

Our stay at Deana's was so fun! The house was well-represented by the photos, plenty of kitchen utensils, comfy beds, a huge TV with comfortable recliner leather sofa! Deana was very responsive and even helped with where to find mountain biking trails for my teen-aged grandson's! Oh.. My favorite part was the delightful hot tub among the trees! We'll be back! 😀

This home was perfect for our stay (3 adults, 3 kids)! The home is walkable to the beach, shops and food, which was extremely convenient and easy with kids. It was an easy flat walk too. The house has everything you need which was unexpected and great! Shower items in every bathroom, paper towels, cleaning supplies, beach items, a wagon, a high chair, toys for kids, books, and all cooking supplies you might need. Our family really enjoyed all of the games and puzzles that were at the house as well. There are fans and Google homes in every room, making bedtime with kids a breeze. The beds were comfortable with foam mattress toppers. The king room is very spacious and the other two rooms were comfortable as well. The owner was extremely responsive and made our stay so easy and smooth. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood, and it’s within a few blocks of lots of things to do (bars, restaurants, etc.). Great backyard with firepit backs up to charming historic stone cottage. Comfy furnishings. Everything feels modern but they kept around some elements of the original vintage charm in the kitchen. Would stay again!

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

We stayed at Billy’s cabin very last minute after deciding to leave the Bay Area for a few days when every neighbor we have decided to start construction. We have two small kids and two dogs and we’re happy to find a home that was both dog friendly as well as clean and modern. They simply ask you keep animals off the furniture which as a human staying there, I can appreciate. The house flowed exceptionally well. We have a 1 and 3 year old and we were able to fit a travel crib in one room and the older in the other. I did notice they had pack and plays in a closet, they also had beach towels and a small collection of items you may have forgotten. The appliances in the kitchen were nicer than the ones in our home. The bathrooms were both spacious and beautiful. The addition of smart tv’s and an Alexa speaker were nice touches. For the dogs there was a small fenced area at the back of the house that was great for bathroom breaks. We would and have already recommended this cabin.

Ankur was such an amenable, sweet responsive host. He was easy and laid-back, but also provided everything that we needed and got back to us promptly with answers to any questions we had. The property was beautiful and as described. Clean sheets and towels in every room and bathroom. Super close to town and easy to get to.

We stayed at Eric’s place while in the area for a wedding. The spot is conviently located near downtown Truckee while still being tucked away in a quiet part of the Donner ski resort. Eric was very accomodating of requested check in/out timing due to our wedding events, which made our stay all the more simplified.

Lovely house with great amenities in a gorgeous walkable community! Kathy is friendly and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond with sharing about local events and tips about hikes and bike rides.

Cozy and clean place perfect for our family of 5. Great location 15 minutes from South Lake Tahoe! Even had snacks on arrival which was a nice touch! Highly recommend

Such a cozy home and the most comfortable beds! You’ll feel right at home, a perfect space for a quiet, relaxing vacation by Lake Tahoe! Short walk or drive to restaurants and grocery. Only a 45min drive from Reno as well. Look forward to staying here again!

The home was very clean and was just the right size for 2 people. I loved having coffee and popcorn provided. Even though the balcony view is of the parking lot, the lot is full of beautiful pine trees. You can also see part of the lake from the balcony & the stars are beautifu out there at night. The host was quick to respond. We found it really helpful that cleaning supplies were available. The washers and dryers down the hall worked great and we appreciated having laundry pods available. The pools and spas were great. Everywhere you look is beautiful. It was nice that beach supplies and bikes were available - such a nice touch. The place was nice and quiet while also being close to the stores and restaurants. You can rent scooters to get places right outside the gates. We had such a wonderful trip and stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again.
