Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kings Beach

Paul and Naomi were excellent hosts and very responsive to all our questions and needs. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, general shopping, the lake, and bike rentals. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. We were a party of 3 adults and one teenager, the property was perfect for all of us, and gave the teenager the ability to come and go. We would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The house itself was beautiful and in a fantastic location. We really appreciated being so close to shops, local businesses, and the lake, while still enjoying the peaceful, woodsy area. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d definitely stay here again - highly recommend!

This lovely Airbnb was perfect for a short getaway. It’s located on top of a hill just a short drive from the main area of Incline village. The home was clean and felt like a hotel with comfortable beds comfortable linens and a TV in almost every room. The kitchen was well stocked in the front porch area has a nice lounge you feel for relaxation..

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly what we were looking for, and our family had such a great time. The kids had a blast playing in the snow right in the backyard, which made it even more special. The house was clean and had all the accommodations we needed for our children, making our stay so comfortable. Laura was fantastic – she was very responsive and shared helpful information about things to do nearby. She also responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely love to return and create more wonderful memories with our kiddos!

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the ski resort(20 min with chains on), which made getting to the slopes super easy. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place near the ski resorts!

A cozy and comfortable place for our family of 4. Very convenient location; close to Diamond Peak ski resort, restaurants, groceries, etc. Very clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this home and would come back in the future.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tahoe City. Our accommodations felt like a home away from home, so we were able to enjoy some family time away. It felt safe and secure. The kids found the games late during our stay, and want to come back to enjoy them and the home.

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely loved it. Location along the lake was special. Walkable/ very runnable area. Very clean and cozy little spot and felt very private.

Great place to stay, you walk out the back gate and just around the corner is the lake front area. You can also walk to a nearby market for groceries, sandwiches, and coffee. There is a nearby boat launch and a ski lift for winter use. Also, great area to catch transportation such as TART.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Great place right near Nevada beach for a last minute getaway. Was convenient to get to Safeway across the road.

We loved our stay, the home is beautiful, felt very spacious, cozy, clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, we had neighbors next door but never heard them at all, very private and peaceful. The gym at the Pavilion was great and my daughter liked the game room.

Our group had an incredible trip! The house was exactly like the photos (possibly even better) and slept 10 adults comfortably. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a peaceful location up the mountain only 5 minutes from the ski lift and less than 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Beautiful home with lots of natural light and views of the surrounding hills. Beds were comfortable and owners were welcoming. We would definitely stay again.
