Beachfront holiday rental in Kings Beach

This place is awesome. Easy walk to a private beach with huge pier on the lake. Tahoe House is an amazing cafe, and a 3 minute walk. The house was clean, back yard was so awesome for the dogs, and the hot tub well kept. Kitchen has everything you need, including a nice espresso machine for homemade lattes to enjoy on the deck. Cant recommend this place enough.

Great location/setting on the water. Nice grassy area w/seating above the beach. Its an easy property to immediately feel comfortable in: Kitchen was straight forward to work in and the dinning and living rooms were spacious & relaxed w/nice views. Heater worked well and quietly. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. 5 minutes to Tahoe City (south) and 5 minutes to Cornelian Bay - lots of beaches and parks near by.

This was a great place. I stayed here for 4 nights and was just at peace with the endless view of pine trees in the backyard and lake view from the road ahead by the front of the house. Close to lake, ski/board and groceries and restaurents. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Our dog loved it too!

My family and I had the MOST relaxing stay here. We didn’t leave the house! The views from the house were just so breathtaking. And the house itself felt so homey. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Clean and comfy. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy to check-in and great location. Some spiders running around, but overall worth every penny.

Great place for skiing at Palisades

Amazing complex with a private dock, fire pit, pool and hot tub, private little beach. All was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants and overall great stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great communication.

Great townhouse at the Tahoe Lake front with amazing view. It was a bit tricky to find at first after parking. Very well stocked house. Kitchen is so nice that it felt like at home. The only thing is the knifes are too dull (even after I tried to sharpen them) :) Safeway and plenty restaurants nearby. It was very easy to figure out what to eat. Jimmy was very responsive, when we accidentally locked outs of the first floor bathroom he came by in 5 minutes with several keys to open it.

We had the best time visiting Tahoma, and Stephanie’s home couldn’t have been more perfect. The views from the house and patio were absolutely breathtaking — a true Tahoe dream. Inside, the home was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed. We especially loved cooking in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, and the overall vibe was welcoming and peaceful. The private beach and dock gave us easy access to the stunning blue waters of the lake — a huge bonus. We also enjoyed nearby Sugar Pine Park, just a short jog or drive away, where we saw some of the biggest trees we’ve ever encountered. The local Tahoma market and nearby restaurants made it easy to stay close without ever feeling like we were missing out. We can’t wait to return — already planning to book again next summer!

This place did not have any reviews so didn’t know what to expect but the management company had excellent 5 star reviews with their other properties so we decided to give it a shot. Communication was excellent and thorough including detailed instructions to get there. Host readily available despite it being Xmas week, we even had treats for us! Great location, easy parking. Place was perfect for our family. It’s a small condo but had all we needed. Was squeaky clean w/ kitchen appliances and everything provided pretty much new. Host thought of it all - so great to arrive and have all the little amenities that make life so much easier (plenty of towels, soaps for bath and kitchen, lots of toiletries (including shampoo/conditioner/lotion, floss picks, cotton swabs). Lots of places don’t include these ‘perishables’ and we hate bringing them. Home was warm and cozy. We cooked breakfast/dinner 3/4 days at the home. Safeway is less than 5 min away. We skied nearby at Diamond Peak

We had a blast!! Megan was very responsive. Nice quiet place. Could use 1 more tv for the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay at Leslie's beautiful home and there are many reasons we returned. The location is perfect--easy to get to, peaceful setting, gorgeous view of the lake, and close to the ski slopes and restaurants and shops in Truckee. And the home is so welcoming and comfortable. It's like staying at a friend's home. We cook a lot and the kitchen is so well stocked which is a real plus. The beds are comfortable and there are two full baths which is a bonus. Perfect for our family of four. Finally, Leslie is such a terrific host. She is great with communication and let us know when the home was ready for an early check-in--so awesome. She is super responsive. And she left a nice welcome note and tasty treats. A real personal touch. It looks like this will be our annual ski week retreat! (We'll need to visit in the summer, too.)

Definitely a great getaway peaceful and the views to the lake are awesome, 100% recommend.

Great location!! Everything in Kings Beach is walkable; restaurants, beach, shops, grocery. Great base location to get around the lake. Condo was perfect. All the amenities we needed for a family of 4. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home, with great views overlooking the lake. The kitchen was very well appointed and living area and dining comfortable for family gatherings. Walk to kayak and boat launch, large Safeway supermarket 0.3 miles from the home. Host was easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Grateful for this wonderful place!
