With a direct connection to the A7 you can get in all directions in 5 minutes. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site with the Hercules or take a trip to nearby Hann Münden with its beautiful half-timbered houses. The Edersee is very well known as a local recreation area. Take advantage of the beautiful bike paths directly on the Fulda.

The balcony offers a generous view of the gardens of the surrounding houses. The Hercules landmark of the documenta city can be seen from the window. You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Modern guest house "Seenah" and close to the city

The annex was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a prime location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

Fancy a vacation in the countryside? Then you have come to the right place. You will stay close to the Hoher Meißner (753.6 m above sea level).
