The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

It is new, almost unused, furnished with a lot of love for detail & centrally located between the two train stations and the city center. You are in no time at the tram stop, in the city center, in the Auepark or in the lively Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. The view from the balcony via the treetops of Kassel on the Hercules will be amazed:)

Small apartment with parking in the yard

Enjoy life at this quiet and centrally located home. Walking in 10-12 min. to the central station and in 15-20 min. in the pedestrian zone. 250m to the bus stop, 350m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared by default for one person. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 persons. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Apartment is not (!) accessible.

Quiet accommodation at Wilhelmshöhe (ICE) train station

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

We offer our guests a newly built and fully furnished apartment in the quiet Kassel district of Kirchditmold. This is a lovingly converted attic with a separate entrance, which was recently completed and is equipped by Holzaura. Here our guests will find a living room with integrated kitchen, shower + sink & bedroom. The toilet with sink is located separately in the apartment. Internet access (Wi-Fi) & a TV are provided.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.

We rent a nice 25 sqm non-smoking room in the popular district "Vorderer Westen" in Kassel. This room features free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. It has a separate entrance. The new bathroom in the stairwell has a shower and a hairdryer. A kitchen with a coffee machine, stove and refrigerator can be shared.
