Stylish apartment in the front west awaits you. In the old building with high ceilings and a great sense of space, completely renovated and with a breathtaking view. Perfect for a short trip or a whole week. Lovingly furnished with everything you need! Including Netflix! Everything in walking distance: tram, bus, restaurants, cafes, city center. Kassel's party mile is very close, but far enough away to sleep peacefully. Ideal for two people. 3rd floor, unfortunately without elevator!!!

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
