Rest and relaxation are guaranteed here. You'll love it. Unfortunately, the premises in the house do not allow cooking. I am happy to prepare breakfast on request for an extra charge. City villa with garden and koi pond, quiet residential area in the Brasselsberg district, near Park Wilhelmshöhe with the Hercules monument, the Dönche nature reserve is a three-minute walk away (jogging), distance to the city is approx. 15 minutes by car or tram (happy to provide shuttle service), shopping approx. 5 minutes' walk.

My place is close to extensive forest hiking routes in Hessian Switzerland, the feel-good restaurant Leib & Seele, recreational lakes, and a thermal bathhouse. The accommodation is an oasis of tranquility with gardens and a barrel sauna. Lovingly and individually designed rooms. Spacious common rooms and balconies with views of valleys and forest hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and groups (12 - 14 people).

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. A house with two apartments accessible by a staircase. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the beautiful terraces, which offer a beautiful view of the green garden. The apartments are comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Parking is right by the house. We recommend a visit to Lake Twistesee, as well as the baroque castle in Bad Arolsen.
