Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.

Our "Bauhaus" is located in the documenta city centre - all museums are in the immediate vicinity - bus and tram are 7 + minutes away - and Karlsaue Park is also within walking distance (fantastic for joggers!).
