Nice landlady, everything was great and beautiful, good corner and quiet location.

Villa Ilse 2.0 is a beautiful house with charm and character, lovingly, stylishly and carefully renovated and offers a great view of the Weser. There are many different seating options for large and small conversation groups, our favourite place was the veranda, where we met for the first coffee/tea before breakfast. The kitchen has top equipment in terms of electrical appliances and kitchen utens as a small cooking club with 6 people we did not miss anything. The outdoor grill had a full gas cylinder. Our contact person Eckhard gave us a warm welcome and introduced the villa including the history. We immediately felt welcome, also due to the loving details such as fresh flowers, small snacks, etc. During and after the stay, Eckhard was always available, simply incredible! It was a wonderful time in the old lady, THANK YOU for that.

It was so beautiful. There is everything you need in the apartment. + a large cozy couch. The dogs were satisfied as small treats were waiting for both. There is dog bed, towels and something. We can only recommend.

The idyllic location of the apartment on a farm is wonderful! There is a sheep stable two floors down, and during the day you can see the animals from many windows: they graze behind the house or lie comfortably in the countryside and occasionally, really nice. The very large apartment with its 3 bedrooms is incredibly beautifully decorated, between modern and antique (many upcycling antiques). This gives you a lot to look and feels very comfortable and cozy right away. There is no lack of comfort, not even in the kitchen and bathroom: just perfect. The landlords are very accommodating and helpful.

Thanks to detailed information about check-in, we found the apartment directly. It was equipped with everything necessary and the baby also liked the spacious living-dining room. A modern bathroom with a rain shower ensured a pleasant end to the evening and the two balconies were a great addition. Only the construction site near the apartment disturbed the peace a little, but you didn't notice too much of it on day trips. The communication with Sebastian was great, there were good tips for activities, shopping and restaurants. We'd love to come back to this great area😊

Nice stay at Angela's for the New Year's Eve

Very nice apartments in an excellent location! Very clean, quiet and good beds. You can walk to the centre or the castle of Waldeck. The Edersee is also easy to reach on foot, although you have to take into account the difference in altitude. Nice landlords who leave you alone. In short, excellent holiday apartments!

The apartment is exactly as the photos: pristine clean, stylish, and restful. The location is 5 minutes walk from hiking trails, wonderful! We had a lovely time staying in the apartment.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

We were in the accommodation for one night with 10 girls. The accommodation is very modern and Vjollca always responded quickly and also allowed us to check out later. Highly recommended and we would definitely come again.

Lovely place in the heart of Warburg old town: Very clean. Excellent beds. Wonderful park nearby and Beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful stylish house with great property located on a stream. No unnecessary bells and whistles, but everything you need. We felt very comfortable. However, you should inquire whether an event is planned at the neighbouring municipal square. The Schützenfest on the last evening is only a stone's throw away, but you won't be able to sleep before 3:00 in the morning.

The summer house is also very suitable for winter. It can be heated well and you can actually spend the whole day there as it is so homely. The area is quiet. By car you can reach several shopping opportunities within ten minutes, countless hiking trails and especially the half-timbered town of Spangenberg is very nice. For cooking, it has it all. The rooms are tasteful and practical. Anna is easily accessible and very friendly and was very flexible with the arrival time. If you are looking for a break and peace, this is the place.

We rented the beautifully located accommodation "Ahle Schinn" for a family reunion. Communication with Daniel was flawless, another person was able to arrive at short notice. The house is spacious, clean, wonderfully cozy, both inside and on the terrace overlooking the river. We went hiking and to the fountain festival in Sooden-Allendorf at the beginning of June. Overall, all generations enjoyed the stay very much, so we gladly recommend the "Ahle Schinn".

Very nice and tastefully furnished place to stay, contact great and reliable. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Great oven for cool evenings. Small restriction: not suitable for dogs, as the stairs are very steep and open. Despite the photos, I didn't quite realistically assess it. Otherwise beautiful, surrounded by nature and very quiet. Jens is a great host and very eager.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage on Lake Twist! Especially for families with young children, the house is ideal: secured sockets, a children's fence by the stairs, many toys and even a child seat make for a relaxing holiday. The big ones are also well taken care of: there are plenty of seating. The terrace is large and in the evening you can enjoy the sun on the bench in front of the house. Inside, a cozy sofa invites you to relax, and the large dining table is perfect for shared meals or game nights. There are some gastronomicAngebore on the lake. The delicious ice cream at Klabautermann is highly recommended! Many thanks to the warm hosts – we will be happy to come back!

Apartment is as described, communication with Alexa hassle-free. Everything clean, kitchen with everything you need, terrace to rest perfect. Recommended!

We only spent one night in Thorsten's apartment while traveling from the Netherlands to Poland. We are very pleased with the stay, it met all our expectations. A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.

Super great hospitality, wonderful apartment, a feeling of home!

Lovely place! Beautiful building and surrounding. We had some hiccup of our trip and Stanfen was so kind and help us settle in quickly, making great recommendation of local scenery and restaurants. We had superb time in Kassel! I give my highest recommendation to the host, this place, and location!

We really enjoyed staying at Wladimir's place. As soon as we arrived it was very nice to explain everything very clearly. Arriving at the house had a space where he provided several toys for my children who loved and played a lot. The extremely equipped and functional kitchen. The house is very large and comfortable. It has a large covered park with automatic gate that made it a lot easier for us on rainy days. We need an urgent consultation for my son he called and scored the two times I needed to help immensely. All I have to say is thank you and I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

The accommodation impresses with an outstanding location - surrounded by parks and green spaces as well as the Bugasee, it is simply very beautiful. It is a bit rustic and looks a bit thrown together and creative - if you adjust to it, you will find a sufficient and beautiful accommodation for 10 people. The pool table, dartboard and plenty of board games provide many opportunities for entertainment. The beds on the Colakisten are also perfect - even though I was a little worried at the beginning when booking, I slept really well on them and think it's a creative, cheap solution :) Thanks for the wonderful stay.
