The cottage is located at the end of a peninsula and can be reached by car. Nearby are shipyards, café and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Natural garden and a lawn with trampoline for games and play. TV and Wi-Fi are available. Full access to the whole house and plot except storage sheds.

A couple of minutes' walk on the Badstigen and you are at the jetty and the swimming area for an early morning swim or quiet evening swim. The house is located on the mainland by Karlshamn's archipelago, adjacent to both forest and sea. The house has 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms plus a separate guest house on the property. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and very fresh.

Välkommen till vår charmiga stuga, mitt i den blekingska skärgården. Koppla av i jacuzzin eller ha en aktiv semester. ARK56-leden slingrar sig genom området. Det finns 4 cyklar och kajaker att hyra. Turbåten går från hamnen till flera öar sommartid. 10 minuters promenad till hamn eller strand. Extrasängar finns om ni är fler än fyra personer. Cosy cottage by the Mörrumsån River, including 2 fishing licences

Välkommen till en mysig timmerstuga, strax norr om Mörrum, med naturen in på knuten. Här bor du ett stenkast från ån och kan fiska längs hela sträckan ”Svängsta -Vittskövle” då två fiskekort ingår vid hyra av stugan. Det finns också flera vandringsleder och fantastisk natur att utforska i området. Stugan erbjuder gott om utrymme med sängplatser för upp till 12 personer. Denna så kallade ”ABU-stugan” bär på en unik historia och har haft besök av flera välkända profiler genom åren.

Trivsamt, enkel, natur och vattennära boende i stuga om 3-4 bäddar fördelat på ett sovrum med dubbelsäng på 160cm, allrum med bäddsoffa samt matplats. Du tar dig enkelt hit med egen cyckel från Mörrum station. Litet kök med kyl, frys, spis, ugn, micro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare. WC och dusch Stugan är utrustad med wifi, liten smartTV och hög mysfaktor. En vedeldad badtunna finns att hyra +1000.-/kväll. Självhushåll. Husdjur under 5 kg välkomna. Obs. Fiske ej tillåtet!

Cosy garden shed

Inga dolda eller extra avgifter. Sängkläder och städning ingår i priset. Ytterligare 1 person + 200 SEK. En friggebod på 12 m² i en vacker trädgård, till ett gammalt hus. Lantlig känsla men enbart 1 km till Karlshamn centrum och havet. Det är den lilla röda stugan det gäller. Det större ljusgrå huset på ena bilden, är boningshuset på tomten. Under jämna veckor går det att istället välja gästrum i stora huset till ett lite lägre pris. Där är det en 90-säng. Då ingår dusch.

This little house is located in a small idyllic old fishing village with the sea around. The house has been completely renovated bright and fresh for three years. There are two sleeping cabins with wardrobes and bunk beds. One room is slightly larger with an underslip that is 140cm. The other beds are 80cm. There is also 1 crib. Living room with open kitchen. Shower, toilet and sauna. Patio with garden furniture and grill. Walk down to the bridge for morning dip.

Järnaviksstugan

Nybyggd gäststuga på 31 kvm. Stugan ligger 70 meter från havet med fin sjöutsikt och hagmark runt om. Stugan är belägen på nedre delen av vår tomt där man kan rå sig själv. Man befinner sig nära havet och skärgårdens alla öar men kan samtidigt njuta av skog och vandringleder i närområdet. Det är ett stenkast till Järnaviks hamn med båtled till närbelägna Tjärö. Badplatsen ligger en bit bort vid campingen (500m). Där det även finns en restaurang och minigolfbana.
