Charming little turn of the century house with a private jetty and beautiful nature just around the corner. The house is located on a small forest farm with about 100 meters to the house where we live and 300 meters to our own building that belongs to this small house. The lake that the house is located by is very beautiful, clean and nice to swim in and with plenty of fish for those who want to fish. Idyllic with a chicken coop just outside the house and a beautiful rooster that says good morning. Surrounding nature is beautiful and accessible The veranda with evening sun, private garden with barbecue grill.

Relax with family or friends in this accommodation close to nature. The house is located 70 meters from the sea with a cozy promenade along the water. Plenty of outdoor areas in the summer for both eating and hanging out. Proximity to swimming areas & cozy barbecue area by the sea. SUP, canoe, 2 kayaks & 5 bicycles are available to borrow. The house is located in Pukavik, 10 minutes by car to Sölvesborg & Karlshamn. Proximity to bus stops for both towns. There is a bicycle path close by. The house is located at Alholmen's campground, which has a kiosk and a simple bistro.

Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cabin is simply and cozily decorated, with marine interior details. Directly outside is a patio and parking with the possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). Toilet and shower are located in a common service building (35 m). Barbecue is available on the harbor area (35 meters) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. A nice kiosk that is open all summer is in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3.5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Here you have all the possibilities for pleasant fishing experiences in the pond that rests right in front of the houses. For those who love walks, you have a great lovely nature to discover with great opportunities for mushroom and berry picking. For those who love swimming, there is also a large, nice lake to reach within walking distance with a small, newly built stone pier. Gather the gang and fill up the coolers, then it's only your imagination that puts a stop to wonderful summer days.

Swedish idyll by forest and lake

Relax in this unique and quiet home in the middle of the forest and close to a lovely swimming and fishing lake. When you turn down the forest path and Älmatassjön appears, you will be overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the mirror-like lake and the tall trees swaying in the wind. It's balm for the soul. You can go for long walks in the woods or row out on the lake and maybe catch a fish. We have refurbished it from top to toe and decorated it with flea finds and things we have built ourselves. We hope you will enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Cozy cottage in Karlshamn's archipelago and popular Matvik, sea view, sauna, close to swimming and fishing. Cottage on the mainland at Karlshamn's archipelago, neighboring both forest and sea. Big garden for playing. Short walking distance to archipelago boat, swimming and small jetty. Neighbors are nearby, summer cottage opposite. Our cottage was built around 1970 with a newly-renovated kitchen and refreshed in the rest of the house. The bathroom is of an older model with plastic mat and panel.

Modern kitchen with kitchenware for 6 people. There are sleeping places for up to 6 people. Bed linen is available to borrow for a fee. Nice outdoor area in a secluded location (south-facing) on the terrace with the opportunity to enjoy most of the daylight hours and start up the barbecue in the evening. Pets must be kept on a lead outdoors.
