An open-plan layout, with the living room and kitchen open to the roof ridge, creates a lovely space. Wood fired fireplace in the living room. Quiet area close to nice swimming spots, forest, walking trails, a boules court and a gravel tennis court. The front patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue is in a southeast-facing position, providing both sun and shade. There is a lawn for playing. Access to a rowboat, from May to September, for visits to swimming islands and for fishing. Year of construction 2024. Size 60 sqm

Swedish idyll by forest and lake

Relax in this unique and quiet home in the middle of the forest and close to a lovely swimming and fishing lake. When you turn down the forest path and Älmatassjön appears, you will be overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the mirror-like lake and the tall trees swaying in the wind. It's balm for the soul. You can go for long walks in the woods or row out on the lake and maybe catch a fish. We have refurbished it from top to toe and decorated it with flea finds and things we have built ourselves. We hope you will enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Cozy cottage in Karlshamn's archipelago and popular Matvik, sea view, sauna, close to swimming and fishing. Cottage on the mainland at Karlshamn's archipelago, neighboring both forest and sea. Big garden for playing. Short walking distance to archipelago boat, swimming and small jetty. Neighbors are nearby, summer cottage opposite. Our cottage was built around 1970 with a newly-renovated kitchen and refreshed in the rest of the house. The bathroom is of an older model with plastic mat and panel.

Welcome to our charming cottage, in the middle of the Blekinge archipelago. Relax in the Jacuzzi or have an active vacation. The ARK56 trail winds through the area. There are 4 bikes and kayaks to rent. The turbo boat goes from the harbor to several islands in the summer. 10 minutes walk to the harbor or beach. Extra beds are available if you are more than four people. Cosy cottage by the Mörrumsån River, including 2 fishing licences

Welcome to a cozy log cabin, just north of Mörrum, with nature right on your doorstep. Here you live a stone's throw from the river. During the season, you can fish along the entire "Svängsta-Vittskövle" stretch, as two fishing licenses are included when renting the cottage. There are also several hiking trails and fantastic natural scenery to explore in the area. The cottage offers plenty of space with beds for up to 12 people. This so-called “ABU cabin” has a unique history and has been visited by several well-known figures over the years.

Small, simple but cozy cottage directly adjacent to the forest and proximity to the sea. Located in Vieryd, between Ronneby and Bräkne-Hoby, on a scenic coastal road. About 600 meters to the sea. There is a small swimming area within walking distance of the cabin (10 minutes), where there are good parking options at the swimming area. Boat for rent with associated smaller engine, cost SEK 300/day + petrol cost. The boat is located in the water by the swimming area (see description above). Cats & chickens run freely in the garden.

The house is located on the mainland by Karlshamn's archipelago, adjacent to both forest and sea. The house has 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms plus a separate guest house on the property. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and very fresh.
