The house is located on a cozy property about 100 meters from the beach in Hörvik. Hörvik is a cozy little fishing camp with nice swimming opportunities, harbor, two restaurants, glass kiosk, lovely nature for running/walking/biking/MTB. A few hundred meters from the house there is a fully equipped gym a few meters from the sea which also offers passes every day. On the plot there is a newly built attefall house of 25 m2 (fully equipped with kitchen, toilet/shower and kitchenette). Three bicycles are available to borrow. High chair, cot and barbecue area are available on site.

Holiday house with private pond.

Forget all the everyday worries of this spacious and peaceful home. Here you have all the possibilities for pleasant fishing experiences in the tar that rest just in front of the houses. For those who love walking, here you have a great lovely nature to discover with great opportunities for mushrooms and berry bliss. For that bath week there is also a large nice lake to reach within walking distance with small freshly made stone pier. Gather the gang and fill up the coolers, it's just the imagination that stops for lovely summer days.

Cottage with quiet, relaxing location

The house is well secluded and peaceful on the countryside but still close to the sea and city. Here you can enjoy the quiet nature and go for lovely walks. From the house you can easily get around the rest of Blekinge/Skåne/Småland by car. If you want to fish or swim, it is close to both nice lakes and the beautiful sea. The archipelago of Blekinge is really something special. Take the opportunity to take an archipelago tour, visit Eriksberg Nature Reserve, Karlskrona Marinmuseum or why not take a trip to Brunnsbadet in Ronneby.

Ny villa vid havet på 52kvm med all bekvämlighet som kan önskas. The entrance to the courtyard is communal but the house is completely separate with a small smaller patio. Free parking is available on the street just outside. About 0.5 km from the sea, and 0.5 km from the town square , in a very quiet street.
