Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The cottage is located at the end of a peninsula and can be reached by car. Nearby are shipyards, café and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Natural garden and a lawn with trampoline for games and play. TV and Wi-Fi are available. Full access to the whole house and plot except storage sheds.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med vacker utsikt mot havet. Hörvik är en underbar liten fiskeby med många vackra hus och promenadstråk. En idyllisk plats året om! Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Små husdjur välkomna. Fiske är ej tillåtet!

There are two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, extra toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy, fresh and functional with small imperfections remaining. Close to the sea, swimming area, cafes, shops and downtown. Quiet location but still in the middle of town. You have the whole house to yourself!

Cosy cottage by the Mörrumsån River, including 2 fishing licences

Välkommen till en mysig timmerstuga, strax norr om Mörrum, med naturen in på knuten. Här bor du ett stenkast från ån och kan fiska längs hela sträckan ”Svängsta -Vittskövle” då två fiskekort ingår vid hyra av stugan. Det finns också flera vandringsleder och fantastisk natur att utforska i området. Stugan erbjuder gott om utrymme med sängplatser för upp till 12 personer. Denna så kallade ”ABU-stugan” bär på en unik historia och har haft besök av flera välkända profiler genom åren.

Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden. Sjösatt mellan Juni och slutet av Augusti. (annars på begäran) Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.

There are two sleeping cabins with wardrobes and bunk beds. One room is slightly larger with an underslip that is 140cm. The other beds are 80cm. There is also 1 crib. Living room with open kitchen. Shower, toilet and sauna. Patio with garden furniture and grill. Walk down to the bridge for morning dip.

Quiet and pleasant location in a rural environment. Three kilometers from the center of Karlshamn, three kilometers to the beach. The house is surrounded by fields and forest areas with mountain bike loops and opportunities for nice walks. Patio with barbecue facilities and west-facing balcony. The house is close to the host family's residential building, but with limited visibility and separate patios.

Nice newly built apartment, located in a quiet area next to the forest, large balcony outside the entrance , located on floor 2 above a garage. The guests are alone in the building. 1 double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also an extra bed if needed. Bedlinen and towels are included.
