Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kalmar

Very nice and quiet place, a unique living. Fantastic for the construction and history buffs. Well located with proximity to all of Öland. Lovely with local producers who sold vegetables, eggs, etc. Right next to the property. Clear instructions and nice treatment, easy to connect with the host. Recommend to stay here.

We would definitely visit this place again. This is our fifth time booking one of Andreas’ places, and it's always perfectly lovely.

We felt very comfortable right away and the location was super idyllic and quiet. The terrace was great to enjoy the sun in the early evening after excursions. Even with a baby, it was very relaxed. Everything you need was available in the accommodation and it was comfortably furnished. The only thing that was a bit impractical was that you can't darken the sleeping areas. We enjoyed our time very much and can highly recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful week with Michael and Therese in Nydal. The house is just amazing! Especially the huge window front with the great view of the private jetty with rowing boat inspired us every morning! The amenities are great, everything you need for a great stay is there. In our opinion, the house is perfect for 4 people. The location is quiet, and Mönsteras is approx. 5 minutes. There you will find supermarkets, petrol station, bakery, restaurants, shops and even a small cinema. We used the central location for some excursions to Öland and Kalmar or to Vimmerby.

We had a very nice time in the picturesque village of Stenberga! The lovingly renovated house is well suited as a starting point for hikes & excursions in Småland. The furnishings are perfect for spending a long time there with a small child: from a cot to a high chair to toddler dishes and cutlery, everything is available. Communication with Clasina also went very well - we are happy to recommend the accommodation!

All-round pragmatically nice and simply furnished. Our sick son loved to stay at home. On evenings where the festival ended early, it is very quiet. Only once, some noisy pedestrians came through the night. Sensational: Once around the corner to the harbor - it can be explored from there by standup paddle and the old town island on foot - including other swimming beaches. Tack så mycket !

The apartment is well maintained with plenty of space. It is in a quiet location and is perfect for excursions to Kalmar and Öland. The hosts are very friendly and we felt very comfortable. :)

Very nice and cozy apartment that was in walking distance to Kalmar city center. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with good opportunity for parking right outside the home. We ate out every day, but there was a great opportunity to cook for ourselves.

I stayed there for 2 months because I was moving to Sweden. Helped us out and let us stay longer. Always responsive and very good to talk to him. Cozy little apartment which has everything you would need. I would definitely choose staying there again. Highly recommend.

Fredrik's apartment is well disposed and everything you need is available. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. At the same time quiet location in well kept property. Fredrik responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We are happy to stay in Fredrik's apartment again!

A cozy house, a beautiful view from the windows, but you need to get used to the stove. Perfect for a man.

I stayed here for 2 months for my exchange as a working student at a hair salon in Kalmar. The apartment is very spacious and good for 2 people, everything is present and a nice responsive host. I have a super experience in central Kalmar!

Great room. Everything was available that you could need. David was very nice, nice service and responded quickly to messages. Perfect with walking distance into the city center (max 30 min). Nice walking path close to the water. Quiet area. I would love to stay there again.
