Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestaden on Öland, with 20 minutes walking distance to Färjestaden harbor where you will find restaurants, cafes and swimming beach. With about 15-20 min drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer starting mid-May-September. The hot tub is heated all year round.
