Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

The house is completely secluded in the woods and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. A newly renovated cottage in the village of Störlinge, on the eastern side of Öland. Fresh and bright with new furniture and decor Here, it is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cottage and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect for a walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here it is so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Newly built cabin in Saxnäs

Four kilometers north of Ölandsbron is this newly built (2022) guest house (40 sqm) with proximity to golf course, Öland zoo and Saxnäs camping. With this central location on Öland, you are close to much of what the island has to offer. Kalmar can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Bus to both Kalmar and Borgholm goes outside the door. There are good bike paths both north and south. The cottage is located on a large villa plot with private parking and entrance. The plot is shared with a residential building

Lantligt belägen stuga i värdens stora trädgård med 5 bäddar. Ta med egna sängkläder, handdukar och mat. Gäster städar själv. 20 km till Kalmar, 2 km till Vitasand badstrand och lekplats. Luftigt och rustikt med gamla takbjälkar, renoverat 2021. Familjevänligt, matplats inne och ute med egen grill. Fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin m.m. Tvättmaskin i badrummet, torkställning inne, tvättlina ute. Braskamin och eldplats med fri tillgång till ved. Fri parkering, stå framför dörren på grusgången.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.
