Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Öland, Karlevi - charming limestone house in Öland village

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
