Excellent place. We were in the car, so it was convenient that the main road is close. Good space for 4 people. Nothing else to note.

I stayed here for 2 months for my exchange as a working student at a hair salon in Kalmar. The apartment is very spacious and good for 2 people, everything is present and a nice responsive host. I have a super experience in central Kalmar!

When the description was somewhat short and there were no previous reviews, we were a little excited about what we had rented. It turned out to be a super nice apartment with everything we could need. Large porch with sea view, 2 large bathrooms, washing machine/ dryer, large living room and a large modern kitchen with everything you need. The communication with the landlord was good and on time. Kalmar and Öland are absolutely worth a visit. My family and I recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Matilda´s apartment for 4 nights in July. Communication with Matilda was smooth and we can confirm that the apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. We highly recommend this home for accommodation. Thank you Matilda.

Noah is really friendly and flexible. The flat was better than our own home so we felt really good there :) grocery stores are close (a Coop in front of the house) and amazing walking paths in 10minutes walk. City center is 5 minutes by car by but also available by walk.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!

It was a great stay. The apartment was perfect, tidy, modern with all the amenities. In addition, it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to a lovely sea view. Simon is quick to communicate and is helpful. We are super happy with the stay. Would have loved to extend the stay.
