Huset er på 140 kvadratmeter og ligger i den rolige landsby Kolby på den sydlige del af Samsø. Det består af et landkøkken, 2 stuer, 2 toiletter (det ene med bad) og 3 soveværelser med dobbelt-/ 2 enkeltsenge samt et mindre værelse med køjeseng. Køjesengen bør kun anvendes af personer på max 170 cm. I alt er der 8 sovepladser. Der forefindes desuden en weekendseng inkl. dyne til børn fra 0-2 år. Sengetøj kan lejes for 75,- pr. sæt. Håndklæder kan lejes for 25,- pr. stk. Aftales ved booking.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.
