Lovely annex with many options

Apartment of approx. 22m2 with loft, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with refrigerator and induction plates. The annex is located at an angle to the carport/tool shed and is in the garden. There are 4 beds, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/linens/towels/dishcloths are for free use. There is the possibility of borrowing a washing machine/dryer, and the greenhouse is for free use, however, together with the host couple. The home is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest and 8 km from Juelsminde.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers beautiful walks along the water all year round. In less than 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes and some of the area's ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

Relax in this charming thatched cottage, close to the forest and beach. Located in Juelsminde town, a short distance to a fantastic cozy harbor environment and shops. The home includes a living room with a wood-burning stove, a new kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. There is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Free parking in front of the house. The carport is private. All in all, a cozy home in fantastic surroundings.

Enjoy beautiful Juelsminde in this central apartment with easy and quick access to creative shops, great restaurants, the beach and the unique harbor environment. Perfect for 2 adults or maybe 4 friends. It is possible to bring a small dog, but it is not child-friendly because of stairs. The apartment is newly renovated, bright and airy and a lovely setting for an adult holiday or extended weekend in a cozy and lively harbor town.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linen must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for DKK 50 or EUR 7.00 per person. Toilet paper and towels are provided upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wi-fi and free parking right at the door on the street 24 hours, don't worry about the 2 hours on the P sign. The front door code will be available when the booking is confirmed.

Enkel bolig beliggende i en rolig landsby med kirke. Tæt ved gode strande og skove. Wi-fi er gratis. Parkering er muligt i gården og terrassen ved trappen er til fri afbenyttelse. Boligen er bygget af solide materialer og enkelhed har været en prioritet. Ideel til par eller familie med mindre børn. Placeringen er fortrinlig ift. Aarhus, København, Lego Land, Ribe.
