The workshop

2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with new kitchen and bath. Access is easy via code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own accommodation. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. There is about 700 meters to shopping and bakery. Cosy and peaceful garden, where no facilities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss Islands. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

I den hyggelige landsby Stenderup, i haven på Lystrupvej ligger denne hytte. Du har din egen bolig på 40 m2, super hyggeligt med eget køkken/stue, bad og soveværelse. Soveværelser med 2 enkeltsenge, Sovesofa til 2 børn, eller en voksen. Der er ikke inkluderet sengetøj og håndklæder. Stenderup er en hyggelig landsby, med købmand lige om hjørnet. The home includes a living room with a wood-burning stove, a new kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. There is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Free parking in front of the house. The carport is private. All in all, a cozy home in fantastic surroundings.

Lovely new fully furnished cottage 100 meters from kid-friendly Hvidbjerg beach and 40 km from Legoland! New wooden floors and lots of cozy details with a fireplace in the living room. Nice new bathroom with floor heating, washing machine, new kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bedrooms (in each 1 double bed) and a living room where 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed (living room but not heated). TV and fast Wifi are included. Lovely enclosed garden for barbecue.

Breathtaking beach house [outstanding ocean view]

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linen must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for DKK 50 or EUR 7.00 per person. Toilet paper and towels are provided upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wi-fi and free parking right at the door on the street 24 hours, don't worry about the 2 hours on the P sign. The front door code will be available when the booking is confirmed.
