This townhouse staying in Maryellen's apartment was very quiet, it gave us all the support we requested and instructions necessary for our stay, log very welcoming and close to the beach, not counting the wonderful view to nature we were needing to connect, we will come back whenever we can.

Perfect location! Better than you can demonstrate photos. The apartment is great and has served our family well. Cris is a lovely person, responds very quickly, always worried about helping. Celso is a caring person, helped us with several tips and always very friendly.

Liz received us very well, the checkin was super practical. The atmosphere of the house is very nice, the beds very comfortable. It met our needs. The location is excellent, close to the sea and the center of the brava beach.

The stay was excellent, the house is large and it was very well organized. All were well accommodated, and check in and check out were easy. The space has a lot of privacy and cozy. We intend to return more often.

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

Maria is a wonderful host who helped us in times of doubt and has always been very proactive. We are very pleased with the accommodation and will be back for sure. The house is super equipped and is a few meters from the sea. We take a 5-minute walk to enjoy that beautiful beach. Thank you for everything and we definitely recommend it.

The accommodation was very much as we expected. The hosts were polite and helpful and the space was very nice. It is a very beautiful house, well equipped for short stays, in a beautiful property with a view of the bay. The hosts live right there, in front of the bnb, and have two dogs and a very friendly cat. The location met our expectations, which was a place of peace and tranquility. It is a fishing village, with many locals, so it's like being in a little town inland. For those looking for different beaches, restaurants, nightlife, etc., it is not a good option. As our case was the opposite, we liked it a lot. The only points of the location are that the access is not so simple and that there are no beaches that are good for bathing nearby. The vibe is more to stay on the waterfront looking at the scenery. Knowing these points, I recommend the stay.

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Our stay was excellent. The house offers a great value for money, matched the descriptions and photos. Junior was very attentive, removed all doubts and provided us with all the necessary information. For the check-in was very understanding as we delayed the arrival there, but he and his wife Vanessa were waiting for us with great sympathy and affection. Upon entering the house we still received a very useful and delicious treat. In addition to being close to the beach, it also has a snack bar and a nearby pizzeria, which makes it much easier. Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

Hosting is very good, close to everything the place is very quiet as well. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything she needs in everyday life and Juliana was super wanted and attentive!

The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
