14 days of great tranquility and security. very cordial host and available to our needs. even offering a delicious pineapple cuca. Very well tended pool, offer of chairs and sunguard tbm to be taken to the beach. very pleasant outdoor space with option of shower, full bathroom and barbecue, stove, fridge, washing machine. in general, the spaces of the house itself provided a stay with an expected rest. we will possibly return.

Our stay was excellent. The house has great materials and objects that made it a lot easier. Our contact with Anna was excellent, clearing up doubts clearly and helping us in emergencies. We will definitely be coming back.

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). The location is excellent for those who seek peace, contact with nature and a real rest. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super solicitous, caring and showed real concern about our experience, which made all the difference. The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

I loved it. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, clean, easy to use. The kitchen has everything in the kitchen, laundry room. 🧺 I washed beach clothes and towels, cleaned the apartment as if it were mine. There is air conditioning for everything, even in the kitchen and living room where you can dine or watch a good movie. The rooms are wonderful, super comfortable bed. My family loved it too. The place is near the beach, just one block away. I just have to thank you Joel for having received us, attentive, we will always return!!! quiet central place, bedding and bath linens available. Easy access. great communication with the landlord. I had no problems in the week I stayed. The beach front balcony is all good. I took 2 pets that were fine. I will definitely return.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, a great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax on, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

The host, Ana, in addition to being extremely kind and polite, was very helpful during the period we were staying with her. The apartment is very pleasant, as are the condominium's leisure spaces. The location is great and has easy access to Praia Mansa (our favorite). We stayed for a family trip and highly recommend it for this purpose!!!

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore haha We will definitely come back more often.
