HEATED POOL — ONE OF THE ONLY ONES IN THE REGION With affection in every corner, this house honors my grandmother. The exclusive pool is heated and treated with salt (gentler on skin and hair). It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

The house is on the sea block in a quiet Itapoá beach resort, Uirapuru. IT'S SPACIOUS and an excellent choice for leisure and rest. It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, kitchen integrated with the dining room and gourmet space with BARBECUE. The SWIMMING POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. FROM JAN. TO MARCH/2026 THE BEACH IS UNDERGOING WIDENING WORK, with some access restrictions

Sea front house.. feet in the sand

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!
