There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, kitchen integrated with the dining room and gourmet space with BARBECUE. The SWIMMING POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. FROM JAN. You don't need to bring anything, it has bed and bath linens, a full kitchen with an electric oven and microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, refrigerator and washing machine.

We rent the 2nd floor of the townhouse (only the top apartment) with a large backyard and external access by stairs. The ground floor is not available for rent. Space accommodates 6 people in 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), balcony and living room combined with kitchen, both overlooking the sea. The house is located 70 meters from the beach. Your pets are welcome.
