Want to stay in the upscale area of Itapoá 50 meters from the sea, on a calm and quiet street? You found it! The ground floor apartment is in the heart of Itapoá, close to markets, banks, shops and also the best restaurants. It has 2 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, plus an external area of 22m with barbecue! We have air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a sofa bed, internet and cable TV. Unfortunately, we do not accept animals, we do not have a pool and we do not accept smoking in the apartment!

A country chalet on the beach. About 1km from the edge of the sea, on the beach of Itaguaçu, located in a farm in the midst of the trees and the singing of birds. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with a small creek and a trail that leads to a stroll in the middle of the vegetation, perfect for contemplating nature. The space also has an outdoor area and lawn for leisure and maybe even for that picnic. It is also possible to take a walk to the chicken coop and follow the treatment of the animals in the mornings.

In front of the house, there is a natural stone slab, perfect for hook and cast net fishing. From June to August, it is possible to observe here in front, the Tainha fishing! We are in the city center, 1 block from restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, and Fish Market. All the convenience of walking, on the beach and in the city!

LARGE AND COMFORTABLE HOUSE WITH POOL

The rooms in the house are large and integrated, in addition to a lot of internal space. The house has a beautiful garden, well reserved swimming pool, barbecue area and a canopy. It is a few meters from the beach and the Saí Mirim river. Two very large bedrooms, 1 en-suite with a double bed and a bunk bed and bedroom with 2 double beds, both with hot and cold air conditioning. Covered garage for 2 cars and two more spaces. Quiet neighborhood for those who want to rest.

Entire apartment located 700 meters from the sea in a quiet street well wooded. Just 3km from Itapema do Norte, where the largest movement of people and businesses is concentrated. The apartment is new along with its furniture. Kitchen with all utensils, BBQ, SmartTV cable, Wi Fi with 100 mega speed and other amenities for the main guest and his family feel at home. Bed and bath linens guests need to bring. We offer a beach chair.
