Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Itapoá

The accommodation is great, in a great location, in quiet and quiet streets. Communication with Adriane was very quiet, and she even offered to stay another day as we took a few days of rain... The house is great and super served for us that we were in 5, but it would fit up to 8 with the mattresses that left... I recommend to everyone who wants a place with great cost benefit in São francisco ;)

Do you know that flawless lodging? The only defect in fact is that one day you have to leave. 🤣 Luiza leaves everything on whim. Beautiful place, clean, new, with maintenance in order, fenced garden and impeccable decor. Even cooled water filter, dishwasher and clothes, soap powder and softener has in the house. Don't hesitate to rent!!!!!! Ah! The beach is beautiful too!

Perfect house as in the description, great space, everything complete. Cozy place. friendly and very helpful host. I recommend it to everyone.

Very large house, clean, wide doors and windows. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary items to feel at home. Matchões without that smell and look characteristic of a beach rental house. The Piscina always heated and covered and made it much easier with my autistic son who loves to stay in the water. Either we were at sea, or in the pool. Washing machine that made it too easy for washing and centrifuging. All the clothes were drying what doesn't usually happen on the beach. Mr. Joaquim and Maurício (swimming pool) always ready to arrange anything you need. Contact Carmo with great agility in response. And the beach is beautiful with the revitalization. Broad strip of sand, boardwalk for walking, running or biking and sea with a flat stretch of good sand bank to stay with the children. Note 10! We'll be back!

Marcos and family are very receptive and attentive , house like the advertised. I quoted two points to improve the milestones that is the staircase, which should have a guard, as it is narrow and high, and if the pool was heated it would be even better! But the house is very good, clean and a quiet place. I've referred it to several people and no doubt we'll be back.

We had a great experience. New apartment and furniture, very clean, well decorated, faithful to the description. Great location. Zé Aurélio welcomed us in person, very friendly and helpful. Definitely our first option to stay in Itapoá!

My stay and that of my family was very pleasant. The apartment is excellent and cozy, its amenities allowed us to feel at home. Well located, it allowed short walks to the bakery, market and even the beach. Self check-in and self check-out were very easy, with detailed instructions provided by the host.
