Dona Andréia welcomed us and treated us as if we were friends for years , I cannot but praise the apt , overlooking the sea , all the same as the photos and with the structure offered in perfect conditions of use. With ctz next trip to Caiobá will be our first option.

Very well equipped apartment. Rooms with good beds and Air conditioning. It has smart tv for access to the streams. Very close to the beach. The condominium pool is also cool.

The house itself is fantastic, in addition to being super well located (safe and pleasant neighborhood, facing the sea literally), it is also super-equipped and with a very good tasteful decoration. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience at Ieda's apartment in the Atlantic Islands. The structure of the condominium is impeccable, with an incredible pool, spectacular leisure area and covered parking. The apartment is great, with three comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean, smelling and air-conditioned. We felt at home and, without a doubt, we'll be back! The hostess was very old with us at all times. This amazing place is well worth a visit.
