Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

There you will find a friendly cafe and public toilets so you can spend the whole day on the beach. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. Get away to this dear little house in the middle of lovely Cowes - up a pedestrianised mews. Cowes is a delightful little town with many independent shops and cafes. (M&S and Sainsbury's food halls too). Most of the town is pedestrianised and it's 5 minutes' walk to the esplanade. The Red Jet foot passenger ferry from Southampton is (less than) 5 minutes' walk. Bus stop to Newport is moments from the house. Comfortable King sized bed. Bedding and towels provided.
