A wonderful 3 day stay with my husband and 17 month daughter. The house was beautiful and just as pictured. The location was great and easy walking distance to all Lymington has to offer. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were lovely and comfy too, that was a big plus. Thanks for a great stay!

Zoe's home was just as described and we felt right at home. We had everything we needed, plenty of parking and only a short walk to the high street. One thing to flag if you are going with children, the stairs and quite steep.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

Had a lovely time in Shanklin visiting family and seeing the local area. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed with a downstairs bathroom and bedroom for my older parent. All bedrooms were well decorated and had everything you needed with an extra bathroom upstairs. Only thing to be aware of was the stairs were quite steep but there was a handrail. Would definitely recommend to stay and will stay again.

Katharine is a 5 star host. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has thought of everything and everything is in place for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you

In a great location, easy parking and right by the train station. Easy walk to high street and restaurants and to nature. great location to access the coast and the New Forest.

Sarah’s house is the dream home! Everything was perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for 1 month and we loved the place and the surroundings. Beautiful walks and views, peaceful and quiet house with everything needed. Internet worked well for the both of us, working from home and taking video calls. Sarah was very responsive and kind. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests, being for a late check out or for the only utensil at the time missing in the house. We highly recommend this place!

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia's place for New Year. We hardly left site as there was so much to do on the farm, in particular making use of the really lovely pool as well as nearby mountain bike trails. The place itself had everything you can need (and more!) and was extremely well catered for young children. It was clean, tidy and with very comfy beds. We loved feeding the pigs each morning and saying hello to the donkeys. We hardly explored any nearby sites but had a lovely walk at the nearby dinosaur beach one day. We would love to come back again at some point!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer. Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. the apartment was Immaculate and the host Lucy was extremely helpful. there was plenty of privacy too. we had an amazing weekend and really didn't want to go back on the Monday.

Sue and Paul were amazing hosts. They were very responsive, amazingly kind, and super helpful. The surrounding areas of the BnB are really isolated with no light pollution. This gave us the best experience of star-gazing. The accommodation had everything one expects from an BnB and more. The heated swimming pool was really amazing along with the fishes in the pond and the garden. The accommodation is the ideal weekend getaway for anyone- kids or adults.

Absolutely stunning property, I have never stayed in a house like it. Truly beautiful, wonderfully equipped and an ideal location. Communication with the hosts was faultless and simple. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic week at Caroline's house. The sun shone for us all week which meant we could make the most of the fabulous location just minutes from the beach. The house has everything we needed and there was plenty of room to dry swimming things and wetsuits outside. The attic room did get very hot but other than that the house was great for kids, parents and grandparents.

We had a lovely stay as I was working on the island. Beautiful house with outstanding views. The house is homely and we really relaxed. David responded to all of our very little queries. Thankyou

Exactly as per the description given. very clean, all amenities were great. useful folder provided full of information regarding the local area (pubs/restaurants/walks to go on etc.) Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to anything. would definitely return and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay!

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

The Bungalow lived up to expectations after reading the advertisement and looking at the photos attached. The Bungalow interior was very good with plenty of space and thoughtful layout. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location and facilities which met our requirements. Looking forward to our next stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable chalet for our first trip away with our baby. The location is amazing, the property had everything we needed and more, and Kevin was a fabulous host. I would highly recommend this chalet and we will definitely be returning as soon as possible.
