A lovely annex in the heart of Freshwater Bay with a large garden. 1-minute walk to the Piano Cafe which serves great breakfast & lunches + just 50 metres further is Orchards, a handy local corner shop. Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks. 10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles & Totland, Colwell & Compton beaches. Tescos supermarket, local fishmonger, butcher & baker just 5 minutes drive away or all walkable.

Downs View Retreat Isle of Wight with HotTub,

The Lodge is situated on the best holiday park on the IOW and is located on the side of the park called Crosswinds. The patio deck looks onto Culver Down with great views. The park has a private beach and is close to the village of Bembridge which has a selection of great cafes and restaurants. The Island has many activities all year round which makes it unique among staycation locations. The pool is closed for winter. Reopening April Recently renovated, our lodge sleeps 6, over 4 bedrooms. 2 singles, 1 double & 1 Kingsize bed. We also have a 2 bedroom annex.
